Prenatal Visits

We will meet for 3 Prenatal visits prior to birth to discuss your expectations of me as your doula and how to best advocate for you in your birth space. We will also review your birth preferences and talk about the creation of a birth plan. At one of the prenatal visits we will discuss and practice various comfort measures for labor. Prenatal meetings are an open, unbiased platform for answering questions regarding the process of birth, postpartum and newborn care and processing fears and finding

comfort.

Labor Support

Full support for the duration of your labor with the use of various physical comfort measures such as counter pressure, rebozo use, essential oils, position changes etc. Bringing a peaceful presence to your space as well as an educational source for all your questions and concerns regarding the process.

Early Postpartum Support

2 postpartum visits to process your birth experience, answer any questions reguarding postpartum healing and newborn care and offer resources as needed. I will also cook and bring you a healthy homemade meal and offer assistance in light house cleaning or any errands within those visits.

Price: $800

* It is my belief that everyone deserves a doula. I am more than happy to make payment plans to fit anyone's current circumstances. I'm also willing to barter/trade for services.

Individual Service's:

Birth Plan Consulting:

An instructional meeting on how to create a birth plan based on your personal birth preferences. This will also be an opportunity to go over different topics such as the process of labor and advocacy in the birth space.

$60 a session

Comfort Measures for Labor- Mini Class:

A one-on-one mini class to review the various comfort measures that can be used for pain relief during labor. Methods such as counter-pressure, hydrotherapy, massage etc.
